You use the internet everyday? Let me tell you something, YOU DON’T. You want to figure out why? You want to learn how to use the Internet? Well, that is exactly what we are going to talk about. In a relaxing atmosphere, in one of the best bars in Potsdam, feel free to pop up. It’s for free and everyone is welcome.

BitTorrent? Is That not illegal?

In the second talk, we are going to draw an overview over the various tools which open acces to the Internet. We are going to see that Torrents are the most natural way of using the latter, and that they can be used in a much wider way that exclusively downloading illegal contents. We are going to see how powerful they can get if you combine them with other technologies such as RSS feeds. And finally we will end by an overview of the existing sub-networks of the internet, such as I2P and Tor, and see why and how it is interesting to use them.
